Full Day Reset Cleanse (Frozen)

A greener programme designed to reset, hydrate and detoxify, with alkalising cold-pressed juices during the day and a nourishing green vegetable soup in the evening.

All Frozen products are freshly made then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture and flavour. 

The Daily Programme

Four cold-pressed juices (470ml), one soup (470ml), one almond blend (470ml) and one wellness shot (60ml), to be taken in the following order:

1. Ignite: apple, ginger

2. The Icon: green apple, celery, cucumber, fennel, spinach, ginger, lemon

3. Elixir: pineapple, celery, cucumber, ginger, mint, lemon

4. Revive: cucumber, celery, green apple, spinach, lemon, cayenne pepper

5. Thrive: cucumber, celery, broccoli, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon

6. Glowing Greens: filtered water, green pea, cucumber, leek, chuchu, sweetheart cabbage, spring onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan pink salt

7. Almond Dream: filtered water, almonds, medjool dates, Himalayan pink salt, pure ground vanilla

Total daily calories: 946.5 Kcal 

Aside from the shot, which can be enjoyed within 30 minutes of your first juice, we recommend that you consume one product approximately every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
