Our original signature cleanse programme is the perfect stepping stone for those who are new to cleansing, with a vibrant variety of green vegetables, root vegetables, fruits and an almond blend.

All Frozen products are freshly made then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture and flavour.

The Daily Programme

Five cold-pressed juices (470ml), one almond blend (470ml) and one wellness shot (60ml), to be taken in the following order:

1. Ignite: apple, ginger

2. The Icon: green apple, celery, cucumber, fennel, spinach, ginger, lemon

3. Elixir: pineapple, celery, cucumber, ginger, mint, lemon

4. Clarity: carrot, orange, green apple, ginger

5. Power: pineapple, orange, carrot, beetroot, lemon, ginger

6. Thrive: cucumber, celery, broccoli, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon

7. Almond Dream: filtered water, almonds, medjool dates, Himalayan pink salt, pure ground vanilla

Total daily calories: 1,172.1 Kcal

Aside from the shot, which can be enjoyed within 30 minutes of your first juice, we recommend that you consume one product approximately every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
