Half Day Reset I Cleanse (Frozen)

A greener half day cleanse programme designed to reset, hydrate and detoxify, with alkalising cold-pressed juices and a nourishing green vegetable soup for lunch.

All Frozen products are freshly made then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture and flavour.

The Daily Programme

Three cold-pressed juices (470ml), one soup (470ml) and one wellness shot (60ml), to be consumed in the following order:

1. Ignite: apple, ginger

2. The Icon: green apple, celery, cucumber, fennel, spinach, ginger, lemon

3. Elixir: pineapple, celery, cucumber, ginger, mint, lemon

4. Glowing Greens: filtered water, green pea, cucumber, leek, chuchu, sweetheart cabbage, spring onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan pink salt

5. Thrive: cucumber, celery, broccoli, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon

Total daily calories: 429.5 Kcal

You will consume products 1 to 5 throughout the day, from morning until late afternoon. Just like our full day cleanses, replace breakfast with your shot and first juice, then consume one product every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day. You will then enjoy your own nourishing meal for dinner.
